Unable to open the Archive folder

Hello, Happy new user. I purchased the extended pack. When I go to MESSAGES/EXPLORE ARCHIVE FOLDER it says unable to open folder. See my folder link below. Iam thinking it has something to do with permissions. I have set pop peeper to run with administration privileges. But still can not open the folder. Also, how do I archive my emails (Iam trying to find a way to search my in and out boxes and I see I can search archives with the extended pack ...which has me excited thinking I will be able to search my in and out boxes!) Thanks much.

growthweb , welcome to the POP Peeper Forums ! Please reply .

1- the Archive folders do not exist until you actually archive some msg inside them .

2- to archive your msgs :

-- to copy selected msg(s) from PP Inbox to Archive :
R-click over one or many selected (Inbox) msgs and click Archive ,

and/or

-- to copy all msgs of an account from PP Inbox to Archive :
click (menu) Tools , Options , General tab , mark the box "Advanced Options" , click OK ,
from now on you will be able to R-click over an account-name and click Archive .

3- to use the PP Add-on Pack to Search in PP Inbox , please verify this my post .
