No Sent Mails after upgrade to 3.8 with Add-on Pack v3

Hello

We recently upgraded to v 3.8 with premium pack v 3
after this the sent mails have become unavailable and we see a blank screen when we open view sent mails (F11)
reindexing is also not working.

Can you please suggest the resolution

OS: Win 7 64 bit

1- check MD5 of the downloaded PP Add-on Pack v3 : 423D4CAA6A1866D98BE86A8EB694F4EE

2- if no match or if you have other doubt , please request a new Add-on Pack download .

3- in any case , re-install the Add-on Pack .

4- test SMV : if the issue persists take a full screen shot , then use the Upload Attachment function (PP Forums reply page) .

Also, make sure that PP is set to save Sent email:
- On the main menu, select Send Mail / Settings
- Enable\Tick: Save sent messages to disk
